Colorado
Springs – Police arrested James Lohr, 47, following a brief foot
chase in connection with the March 19 murder of Tom Clements,
director of this state's Department of Corrections.
Mr.
Lohr, a white supremacist with a shaved head who has the words “hard”
and “luck” tattooed where his eyebrows should be, is held on a
charge of evading arrest and on three outstanding warrants unrelated
to the killing.
Authorities
also seek Thomas Guolee, 31, for questioning in the killing.
Evan
Ebel is believed to have killed Mr. Clements on his doorstep after
ringing his bell at his residence in Monument, Colorado, following a
lengthy prison sentence and the murder of a pizza delivery man.
Police later killed Mr. Ebel after he crashed his black Cadillac into
a semi-truck on a rural Texas highway during a high speed chase and
shootout.
