A Gallup poll shows Governor Rick Perry would start in second place if he announced he is a candidate for President today with 18 percent of the vote compared to Mitt Romney's 23%. Michele Bachmann would trail the duo at 13 percent, Ron Paul at 10.If either Sara Palin or Rudy Giuliani entered the race, they would claim 15 percent and 14 percent, respectively, leaving Mr. Giuliani and Ms. Bachmann tied at 11 percent.
