John in trouble over Army prostitution case

Ft. Hood – Though he's innocent until proven guilty in an Army court martial, a top-ranking enlisted man is charged with an array of offenses stemming from an assignation with a prostitute.
The III Corps Battalion commander charged Master Sgt. Brad Grimes with patronizing a prostitute, conspiring with another soldier to patronize a prostitute, committing adultery, and solicitation to commit adultery, all of which are violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
An 18-year veteran of the Army, Sgt. Grimes is alleged to have been involved with another soldier currently under investigation in the affair.
He will be assigned a military defense counsel assigned by the Trial Defense Services to represent him in a court martial at no personal expense.
