According to the latest Gallup Polls, voter approval of Presidential candidates Barack Obama and Mitt Romney have changed only slightly since a first debate in which the President was roundly panned.

Poll results "suggest" Mr. Obama's approval rating was largely "undamaged" by his performance in the debate.

Tonight's debate at Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York, will take a Town Hall format with questioned posed by those selected from an audience of 80 voters who are "undecided" about which candidate they will support in the election. The program will air at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.
