Princeton, NJ – A Gallup Poll taken in late September revealed that most Americans perceive the choice between President Obama and Governor Mitt Romney as one of low and middle income earners over those with higher income.
Racial and ethnic minorities favored Obama by 42 points; lower income by 36 points; and middle income by 10 points.
Upper income Americans favored a Romney administration by 55 points; investors by 41; and men by 16 percent.
Small business owners see the choice as an even 47 to 47 percent split.
