Tehran - Government officials are accusing Israeli special ops types of attaching a magnetic limpet bomb to a car driven by a nuclear scientist who worked at one of that nation's key nuclear enrichment sites.
Two people riding a motorcycle carried out the Wednesday morning attack, which reportedly bore a strong resemblance to another such attack which took place earlier this week. The explosion killed Mostafa Ahmadi Rosham, director of the uranium enrichment program at Natanz, and wounded two bystanders, according to published reports.
According to the Fars News Agency, the attack was aimed at disruption of the nation's March 2 elections.
