Criminal charges proposed for federal agents
On Monday, State Representative Lyle Larson used a little courage - he introduced HB149 to the state legislature which not only would codify in Texas law that the NDAA's "indefinite detention" powers are unconstitutional and illegal, but also included criminal charges for federal agents trying to come in to his state and kidnap people.
