The cowboy who turned on his radio and got KILT...

It really happened. Bubble gum homework time Dee-jay Jim Woods hurled this same invective one evening in the mid-60's over the Gordon McLendon broadcasting station KILT in Houston. Dramatist Paddy Chayefsky milked it for all it was worth in the 70's melodramatic comedy, "Network."
