Looting, burning, fighting persist in sleepy London

When Metro Police shot and killed Mark Duggan, a man of color, it set off riots and looting that persists into the fourth night.

Police have been involved in more than 300 violent deaths over the past 12 years resulting in no charges against officers.

The insurrection has spread to other communities such as Liverpool, Bristol and throughout the U.K. Nor surprisingly, there has been some resistance by vigilante groups. They have posted stickers throughout affected areas urging the common man take back the streets from rioters and looters.
